Job Title: Business Analyst with QA Skillsets

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst with strong Quality Assurance (QA) capabilities and UI/UX design awareness to join our in-house development and support team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, while also contributing to testing strategies and early-stage design through wireframing and prototyping.

Experience in domains such as smart cities, smart parks, and content management platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create UI/UX wireframes and interactive prototypes to support requirement validation and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks in requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment.
• Support defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes.
• Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, test reports, and traceability matrices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on QA involvement.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA processes.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write and execute test cases and perform defect analysis.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and ability to translate requirements into visual concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise-scale or government-related projects is an advantage.
