Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative based in Pakistan to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The ideal candidate should be a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives/ BDM’s for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Proven 2-3 years inside sales experience.
  • Must be willing to work in US time zone.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
