Job Summary:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in M365, On-prem Microsoft technology, VMware, and Managed services, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. You will collaborate with the sales team and potential clients to understand their specific technical needs, develop tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services. Your deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and managed services will be critical in driving successful sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Technical Consultation:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives. Conduct technical assessments and needs analysis to identify the best-fit solutions.

Solution Design:

Design and architect solutions based on Microsoft 365, On-prem Microsoft technology, VMware, and Managed services. Create detailed technical proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, On-prem Microsoft technologies, VMware, and Managed services. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Demonstrations and Proof of Concept:

Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions to showcase the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive and competitive proposals Ensure proposals align with clients' technical requirements and business goals. .

Customer Engagement:

Engage with potential client to address technical inquiries, concerns, and objections. Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted technical advisor.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

Provide training to internal teams on technical aspects of products and services. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's collective expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably in the IT industry. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, On-prem Microsoft technologies, VMware, and Managed services. Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and network infrastructure. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
