Senior VMware & Backup Storage Engineer

We are seeking a Senior VMware & Backup Storage Engineer to administer and support enterprise B2B Cloud platforms based on VMware and Dell infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and operate VMware & Dell B2B Cloud infrastructure.
• Manage vCenter, ESXi, vCloud Director, and vCloud Availability (vCAV).
• Configure and troubleshoot NSX and NSX Advanced Load Balancer (ALB).
• Manage VMware Aria Universal Suite and infrastructure monitoring.
• Administer Dell Storage & Backup infrastructure.
• Perform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Apply security patches across VMware, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Coordinate technical escalations with Broadcom/VMware and Dell EMC support.
• Perform required data center hardware interventions and reboots.
• Support security audits and implement recommended improvements.
• Contribute to infrastructure development, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, and operational documentation.
