Service Line: Cisco Aci & Zabbix Integration
A multinational telecommunications company faced multiple app issues running on their Open Stack while in production. Monitoring these applications was a time-consuming process and got overwhelming. The team turned to VaporVM to help them monitor these applications that support multi-tenancy on a single portal. By deploying and adding resources into Zabbix, setting alarm triggers, and enabling notifications, the client has seen greater productivity and better resource allocation.
A Finnish telecom company headquartered in England was facing several app issues. The client had an Open Stack Cloud deployed in their environment and there were multiple Telco applications running on their Open Stack cloud and all of which were in production. They requested VaporVM to help them with a solution to monitor these applications, the open stack cloud itself, and other data center resources all in one place.
Client needed a highly available monitoring solution that supports multi-tenancy and delivers a single portal through which they can monitor all the applications, open stack components and all the other data center hardware.
VaporVM Team proposed and deployed Zabbix network monitoring software tool which is used to monitor and track the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure: servers, network devices and other IT assets.
VaporVM Team had deployed a highly available monitoring application, enabled multi tenancy, added resources into Zabbix for monitoring, set alarm triggers, enabled notifications, and quality assurance.
Through the partnership with VaporVM the client has seen greater productivity and better resource allocation. They now have a fully functional and highly available monitoring solution that monitors their Telco Apps in one place and gets notified whenever an alert is triggered in automated way towards the portal.
