Client Requirements

The client has multiple source systems that need to be integrated with the one on-prem Oracle DWH server. These source systems need to be designed/architected on the principals of micro services with an API-based ingestion process. The solution needs to be highly scalable, reliable, and available.


VaporVM Team proposed an End-to-End DWH/BI solution based on pre-built data warehouse covering all the key aspects of the client’s business.

The solution includes the following components:

  • Python/Spark Utilities for ingestion processes
  • Power BI – dashboard and reporting
  • Oracle Database 12c – DWH
  • Oracle Data Integrator 12c – Mappings & Job Execution
